POTATOES WITH HAM AND CHEESE

These potatoes are delicious !! and they are easy to make. The recipe does not have cream and as I commented it had a pot of fresh cream started, and I thought of putting a few spoonfuls and the result was fabulous since it is a super creamy filling ... I hope you like them!

INGREDIENTS:

4 potatoes
1 cured ham tip
1 leek
3 tablespoons grated cheese
olive oil
pepper
salt

PREPARATION:

We wash and dry the potatoes. We wrap them with aluminum foil. We put them in the oven preheated to 190º and roast them for 40 minutes. We retire unwrap and let temper.

Cut the top of the potatoes, horizontally. With a teaspoon, we extract a part of the pulp and crush it with a fork until we obtain a homogeneous mash.

We clean the leek, we wash it and chop it well minced. heat a little oil in a pan and sauté 5 minutes, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon.

Picamos bien the ham and mix with the leek and its cooking juice, cheese, salt and pepper.

We stir well, fill the potatoes with this mixture and gratin 5 minutes until the cheese melts and this browns the surface. Serve hot ..

NOTE: I filled the filling with two tablespoons of fresh cream, had a tub started and wanted to spend it. I added it when I put the cheese, and on the surface I put more grated cheese at your choice. Everything else is the same .....
